The department is responsible for the design and certification of engineering and technical personnel.

 

 

 

 

 

Main Areas of Activity

  • Development of comprehensive projects at all stages and phases of implementation, including design supervision.
  • Certification of engineering and technical personnel involved in the design, research, construction, installation, and production activities in the mining and metallurgical industry, geology, and subsoil use.

List of Services Provided

  • Participation in the development of feasibility studies (FS) assessing the economic viability and business necessity of designing and constructing large-scale and complex enterprises and facilities.
  • Participation in the preparation of design specifications, site selection for construction, and compilation of the required supporting materials.
  • Determination of the scope, phases, and cost of design and survey works.
  • Preparation and issuance of technical assignments to subcontracting organizations for the development of working projects and detailed design documentation.
  • Ensuring the effective operation of continuous employee training systems within the enterprise.
  • Providing the enterprise with qualified personnel, promoting the rational use and development of their professional knowledge and experience, creating safe and healthy working conditions, and ensuring compliance with environmental protection and occupational safety legislation.
  • Assessing the level of professional training and competence of engineering and technical personnel.
  • Organizing advanced training programs for engineering and technical personnel in the mining and metallurgical sector, geology, and subsoil use.
  • Certification of engineering and technical personnel in the fields of mining and metallurgy, geology, and subsoil use.
  • Monitoring new regulatory requirements in light of ongoing changes in the mining and metallurgical industry.
